Listen up, crew. You’ve got one shot at the big score. Diamonds, gold bullion, the Mona Lisa—whatever it is, it’s shiny, priceless, and currently not yours.

The Job is a tabletop role-playing game about assembling a skilled crew and pulling off a dangerous heist in a world where everything can and will go wrong. Players plan 12 scenes during the Preparation Phase, mapping every move and anticipating complications. In the Action Phase, those plans unfold under pressure, with every roll adding to the tension. The game uses a 2d6 system where failures add dice to a stack; if the stack collapses three times, it's game over: he crew is caught! Players juggle a budget and limited gear slots while each character’s four stunts offer unique ways to turn the odds.

Boxed set includes:

  • The Job rulebook (48 pages, A5 hardback)
